with honesty, integrity and compassion. In expressing our gratitude for the blessing of your patronage we dedicate
ourselves to create an atmosphere that is devoted to your happiness, beauty and wellbeing.
What is a Bel Esprit Client?

A client is the most important person ever in our business.

A client is not dependent on us, we are dependent on them.

A client is not an interruption of our work, he or she is the purpose of it.

We are not doing our client a favor by serving him or her...they are doing us a favor by giving us the
opportunity to do so.

A client is not an outsider to our business, they are a part of it.

A client is not a cold statistic or just a name on a client list.

Our clients are each a beautiful spirit with feelings and emotions like our own.

A client is a person who brings us their needs:  It is our job to fill them with tender loving care and to let
them know it is an honor to serve them.

Webster defines Bel Esprit with a different meaning, but our definition is, “ Beautiful Spirit ” which is
what each of our clients are to us.
Gale Barnett: Owner/Esthetician

Gale is a North Carolina Board Certified Aesthetician, Permanent Makeup Technician and
Certified Lash Extention Specialist.

After more than twenty years as a Certified Dental Assistant, working in general dentistry
and cosmetic dentistry, she elected to make a career change and use her experience to
enhance her talent in the cosmetic industry.

She is able to apply her skills for detail and symmetry to her cosmetic profession to create
results that are evident of her expertise.

After attending her course in Permanent Cosmetics, she became interested in skin care.  
She enrolled and completed her Esthetics certification and continues to study the
fascinating aspects of Skin Care.  She addresses each client’s specific needs to help
educate them on the importance skin wellness and build their confidence and self esteem.
Ann Young: In Ann’s Good Hands

Ann is a North Carolina Board Certified Nail Technician

A native of Hendersonville, Ann created her business with the intention of sharing her
professionalism along with the warm southern hospitality that her town is known for.

She takes special care to make certain her clients have the absolute cleanest environment
possible. Non jetted pedicure tub, disposables sterilized implements, and hospital grade
cleaning solutions are all a part of a strong focus on cleanliness.

Enjoy your nail service in a private, relaxed setting with superior quality products and
perhaps even a cup of tea. Ann’s treatments will keep you returning time after time for the
unparalleled service.
Policies

*Hours are by appointment only.

*A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a full service fee. Arriving promptly on time for your
appointment will ensure you receive the full time for your service.

*We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, a late arrival will result in an abbreviated service.

*We ask that cell phones be turned off or placed on silent mode for respect of all our clients.

*Gift Certificates are available and do have an expiration date.

*We offer store front parking.

*General tipping guidelines are 10% to 20% based on how pleased you are with your service.  Tipping is never
expected but always appreciated.

*We maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, we cannot accommodate a space for children to play, therefore we ask
that you make prior arrangements for child care.
